By using Taqreer Analytics Platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

Taqreer is an analytics platform that provides read-only advertising performance insights by connecting to third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

We do not create, manage, or modify advertising campaigns.

2. User Responsibilities

By using the service, you agree that:

• You have the legal right to connect the advertising accounts you authorize.
• You will use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• You will not misuse, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.

3. Authorization

When you connect your Meta account:

• You authorize Taqreer to access advertising performance data only.
• You may revoke access at any time via your Meta account settings or our platform.

4. Data Accuracy

We display data as received from Meta APIs.

We do not guarantee:

• Data completeness.
• Data accuracy beyond what Meta provides.
• Availability in case of Meta API outages or limitations.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, and branding belong to Taqreer.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the platform without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Taqreer is not liable for:

• Business decisions made based on analytics data.
• Advertising losses or performance outcomes.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• These terms are violated.
• Required by law or platform policies.

Users may stop using the service at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
